Petronas Dagangan Bhd (PetDag) has won the Company of the Year award at The Edge Billion Ringgit Club 2018, held in Malaysia. The company was recognised for its performance in terms of profit growth, return on equity, and total shareholder returns (capital gains plus yield) over three years.
PetDag, a marketing arm of Petroliam Nasional Berhad, is a leading retailer and marketer of downstream oil and gas products. The company delivers innovative products and differentiated services in its four core businesses of retail, commercial, liquefied petroleum gas and lubricants. It operates 1,000 petrol stations with over 700 Kedai Mesra, becoming a one-stop centre for fuelling, shopping and banking for motorists across Malaysia.
