PAT plans to auction third expansion phase of Laem Chabang port in October 2018

The Port Authority of Thailand (PAT) plans to auction the third expansion phase of Laem Chabang port in October 2018. The third phase is estimated to be implemented at an estimated cost of THB 141 billion and is expected to be completed by 2025. The expansion will enhance the cargo handling capacity of the port from 7.7 million containers to 18.1 million containers per year.
