Thailand-based Modern Energy Management (MEM) has announced plans to develop a 130 MWp solar PV project in Myanmar along with an undisclosed investor. MEM will share the development risk with the investor and is already looking out for a location for the project. The renewable energy advisory firm will help develop one of Myanmar’s first large-scale solar PV projects. Further details about the costs, location or electricity generation and distribution are yet to be announced.
