Trung Nam Solar Power JSC, a member of the Trung Nam Group, has commenced construction on the $216.5 million solar power plant in Thuan Bac district, in the south-central coastal province of Ninh Thuan. The 204 MW plant will cover nearly 300 hectares of the Trung Nam wind farm in Bac Phong and Loi Hai communes. It is expected to produce between 401 kWh and 450 million kWh of electricity per year, supplying more electricity for Ninh Thuan province. The plant is planned to be completed by 2019.
