Cambodia’s three major mobile companies have announced plans to expand 4G services throughout the country. Cellcard has announced the roll-out of 4G services throughout the country by April 2017 at an estimated investment of $150 million, reaching extremely remote areas. Further, Smart Company has announced that it will invest $80 million and has already rolled out 4G coverage to 25 provinces. Besides this, Metfone announced its intention to invest in 3G and 4G coverage.
