Bombardier Transportation has secured an SGD 344 million contract from the LTA to upgrade the Bukit Panging LRT line in Singapore. The automated guide way transit line spans 7.8 km and covers 14 stations. The scope of work includes the supply of 19 Bombardier Inn via automated people mover (APM) 300 railcars, retrofit of 13 existing Bombardier Inn via APM 100 railcars and delivery of a communication-based train control signalling system for 14 stations.
