Japan-based Azbil Corporation has announced the launch of a technological development project in Singapore aimed at developing new intelligent building management systems (IBMS) and digital solutions that combine artificial intelligence (AI) and big data. Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) will assist Azbil in this project.
The new digital solutions will help to improve building and occupant safety, enhance accessibility and energy efficiency, cut operational costs and reduce the environmental footprint of the buildings. This will be accomplished through a system that allows for remote monitoring and management of the building’s and residents’ state.
