HSBC Bank Malaysia Bhd has appointed Andrew Sill as the new Head of Commercial Banking (CMB) in Malaysia, effective June 13, 2016. Sill replaces Mahbub Ur Rahman, who has moved to Bangladesh as Deputy CEO and Country Head of CMB. Sill will be responsible for commercial banking, global trade and receivables finance, and the global liquidity and cash management businesses.
Prior to this, Sill served as the CEO of the Royal Bank of Scotland in Malaysia.
